MESIS proudly conducted School Parliament Election for the academic year 2025-26 on 24th April 2025, marking a significant event that reflected the democratic values upheld by the institution.
The election process officially began with the release of the notification on 16th April 2025. A total of 51 enthusiastic students applied for various leadership positions. After a meticulous scrutiny of applications and interviews with the Principal, 32 candidates were shortlisted to contest in the election. Each candidate was allotted a symbol, and a silent, respectful campaign was carried out across the campus.
On Election Day, students from Grades 8 to 12 participated actively casted their votes through a ballot paper system. The voting process was conducted with great discipline, enthusiasm, and a spirit of fairness, showcasing the students’ strong commitment to democratic principles. Our beloved Principal, Mrs. Pramila Kannan, has declared the results. The election was a proud demonstration of leadership in action, instilling a sense of responsibility, integrity, and teamwork among students.
“Leadership is not about power, it is about impact, service, and setting an example,” said the school Principal , congratulating all the elected representatives. MESIS continues its mission of nurturing confident and capable leaders for tomorrow.
