MESIS organized a two day art exhibition titled ‘YOUNG RAVI VERMA’ on 18th and 19th October to allow students to express their thoughts and creativity on canvases and showcase their talent to broader audience. The endeavour helped the children to discover their creative instincts and develop their artistic aptitude.
The exhibition was inaugurated by Director of transport M.E.S Governing board Mr. Faisal Mayan who addressed the audience and said “it’s an honour to reveal the depth of curiosity and creative intelligence in budding artists of MESIS” and with the August presence of Mr.Shahid MES Governing Board member . Students from grade I to IX displayed plethora of artworks like paintings, drawings, collages, calligraphies, installation, sculptures, craft and crochet that caught the eyes of the visitors and intrigued them .The special attraction of the ‘YOUNG RAVIVARMA’ art exhibition was the Senior Board- a conceptual artwork done by senior students of the school which depicted their nostalgic journey through high school as they are about to bid adieu to the school. It comprised of first year school pictures with a quote which stated “This board depicts our journey, we part with cherished moments, laughter and tears. Memories linger, etched in our hearts forever”. Parents appreciated the exhibition. They admired the creative work exhibited by the students and suggested organizing such events in future also.
Congratulating the students for their commendable miscellaneous work, the school Principal Mrs. Pramila kannan endorsed the aesthetical taste of children. She extended her heartfelt thanks to Mr Nisar (art teacher) for the successful event.
The School Principal (M.E.S.I.S), Mrs Pramila kanan, Hameeda Kadar (Principal M.E.S), Annie Francis (Vice Principal MESIS, Mr Manmadan Mambally- Administrator-off campus, Mr Nisar, Diya Naushad (Student Art Secretary),teachers and students were among those who witnessed ‘ YOUNG RAVIVARMA’ ART EXHIBITION 2023. The school Scouts and Guides volunteered for the well-organized exhibition.
