MES Indian School, Abu Hamour Branch celebrated the 75th Independence Day of India ‘Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav’ in the school campus. The MESIS Vice President Mr. A.P Khaleel hoisted the Indian flag in the school Multi-purpose hall.
MES Principal Ms Hameeda Kadar felicitated the function. Chief Guest of the occasion, Dr. Najeeb delivered the presidential address.
The joyous occasion saw huge cultural participations from students. The Independence Day celebrations started with prayer recitation by Ms. Fathima Zanha and Master Akshith Saravan who gave a warm welcome to each guest in attendance. Patriotic group dance was performed by Ms. Sreebadra and team. The tiny tots of Grade I and II presented a fancy dress showcase of prominent historic personalities amid applause of everyone. A remarkable speech was given by Ms Zeniya to ignite patriotism in minds of the students.
The students of grade IV, V, VI presented an amazing tableau which was a thought provoking experience to everyone in attendance.
A scintillating group song was performed by Ms Nayan and team captivating the patriotic moment of all present. Ms Ayesha proposed the vote of thanks for the event.
