On October 2, 2023, MESIS celebrated the visionary leader Mahatma Gandhi’s birth anniversary by honouring the father of the nation through a series of events that took place all day. The entire school celebrated an objective of guaranteeing unconditional peace on campus by declaring the day to begin as a day of non-violence. A variety of cultural programmes were presented during a special assembly for students in grades 5 and 6. In order to appropriately appreciate the marvel that the day was, the school’s principal and the vice principal, Ms. Pramila Kannan and Ms. Annie Francis, spoke to both teachers and children. Thus, the Mahatma’s birth was thoughtfully celebrated throughout MESIS’s halls.
