M.E.S. Indian School organized a week-long teachers’ orientation programme from August 24, 2025, to prepare educators for the new academic session. Principal, Ms. Pramila Kannan inaugurated the programme, urging teachers to adopt student-centric methodologies. Section- and department-wise meetings were held to discuss academic strategies. Key sessions included Dr. Aniket Srivastava’s talk on AI in Education, workshops on stress management, project-based learning, vocabulary-building strategies, and collaborative team building. The session also focused on inquiry-based learning and cognitive behavioural theory. Cultural and STEM-focused activities, including a presentation on Qatar’s cultural heritage encouraged integrating innovation and values into teaching. Teachers were also trained in using ERP systems for efficient content management. The programme concluded with department-wise training aligned with the school’s vision, equipping teachers with modern tools and strategies to enhance teaching and learning.
