MES Indian School (Abu Hamour Branch) conducted a unity march as part of birthday
celebration of the Iron man of India “Sardar Vallabhai Patel” on Monday 31 October 2022.
The event was inaugurated by the respected vice principal Mrs.PRAMILA KANNAN .Grade 3
to Grade 9 Students were selected for this program and students prepared placards
representing 28 states and 8 Union territories depicting the significance of unity in diversity
and contribution of Sardar Vallabhai Patel in uniting the nation. On that day a Unity
March was conducted and the studentstook out a rally with placards chanting the slogan of
“we are one” thereby emphasizing on the spirit of unity. All classes were standing out of
their class for wishing the rally. The event was coordinated by Social Science Department
with the cooperation of Mrs.Lijina Nazeer, Mr.Muhammed Anas, Mr.Nameer,
Mr.Sajudheen, Mr.Arun, Mr.Humayun, Mrs.Riya, Mrs.Anju CS, Mrs.Anju Ranjith, Mrs.
Reshma Ali, and Mrs.Sofiya.
