The Nurses Day celebration

The Nurses Day celebration held at MESIS on May 12, 2024, was a resounding success, honoring the dedication, compassion, and hard work of our nurses. The event aimed at recognising the invaluable contributions of nurses to our school community and society at large.
Activities were conducted among the students in grades 4–9 on the school campus. Students of grades 1 to 3 dressed up like nurses and brought affectionate greeting cards for the school nurse. For the poster-making and slogan-writing activities, the students showcased their love and regard for nurses.
The event commenced with an opening ceremony, featuring welcoming remarks from the principal, Mrs. Pramila Kannan, and Ms. Laiba, expressing gratitude to the nursing staff for their unwavering commitment to healthcare and student welfare. Sharing personal experience and games were organized for nurse parents, fostering camaraderie and appreciation for their vital role in promoting health and wellness.
