MESIS CELEBRATES CHILDREN’S DAY 2022

 

MES Indian School, Abu Hamour Branch celebrated children’s Day with happiness and enthusiasm. MESIS organised special events for the celebrations.

Mr. Khaleel A.P. (Vice President, MESIS Governing Board) was the Chief Guest and Mr. M.C. Mohammed (Director of Cultural/Co-curricular Activities, MESIS Governing Board) and Vice Principal Ms Pramila Kannan was at the event in the presence of Mrs. Baby Shana (HAI QMS Coordinator), Mr. Manmmadan (Off campus In-charge) and Mr Mohammed Ashraf (MD Brilliant).

Little charming students dressed up like Chachaji welcomed the guests to Multi-purpose Hall. As part of the children’s day teachers took this unique opportunity to give a brief insight into the life of Chacha Nehru and his special connection towards children. The programme began with a special assembly conducted by the teachers. The anchor of the event was Ms. Hasmiya who introduced the event followed by an informative speech by Vice Principal Ms Pramila Kannan and Mr. Khaleel A.P. The Chief Guest distributed the prizes to the winners of the Quran recitation competition conducted by MOE Islamic department and Mr. M.C. Mohammed distributed the prizes to the winners of the Reading competition conducted by MOE Arabic department. The children’s day programme had a series of interesting and exciting events, all planned meticulously for a complete entertainment. A variety of cultural events ranging from songs, solo dance, speech and group dance were presented by teachers and students. Grade IV students was there as audience in the Multi-Purpose hall. The complete event was live streamed via ZOOM.

As part of the children’s day celebrations, teachers decorated the classrooms and welcomed the students. Teachers wished students by distributing cards and chocolates. Special gifts were distributed to all the students. The students of Grade I to XI participated in different grade wise activities in the first two periods.
