“Speech is power.”
At the Integrated Indian Community Centre on October 27, 2023, twelve marvels from MES Indian School, Abu Hamour Br., participated in the preliminary rounds of the prestigious Tamil Elocution Competition conducted by the Qatar Tamizhar Sangam, of which two steadily qualified for the nail-biting finals. In the sub-junior division, Eisa Mohamed, a fourth grader at MESIS, ranked third out of 174 students from 15 different schools. The principal, Mrs. Pramila Kannan, conferred on the young wonder a well-deserved honor for bringing an abundance of joy home with his amazing accomplishment. Warmest congratulations to the young achiever from the MESIS family as well as to all of the participatory champions.
